Heat water to 70°C and start adding Phase A one by one under stirring (overhead mixer @600rpm). Cool down to 35°C and add Phase B under stirring (overhead mixer @400rpm). Cool down to 20°C and adjust pH if needed. Appearance: Clear gel suspended with green beads. Stability: Passed eight weeks at 45°C, 35°C, 20°C and 2°C. Four weeks F/T cycle. Passed CT. Viscosity: 9,000-10,000 cP Spindle-03 @ 12 rpm. pH: 6-7.
